Hex Weld Nut
The hex weld nut has a six-sided design, providing multiple flat surfaces for easy gripping and alignment during the welding process. Often features small projections or "wings" that melt during welding, creating a strong bond with the base material.
The base is designed to be flat or slightly concave to ensure a snug fit against the surface to be welded.
Thread
Available in a range of metric and imperial thread sizes to accommodate different bolts and screws.
Metric: M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, etc.
Imperial: 1/4"-20, 5/16"-18, 3/8"-16, etc.

Projection Types
Three-Projection: Commonly used for thin materials.
Four-Projection: Offers greater stability and strength, suitable for thicker materials.
Hex Flange Projections: Provide a larger area for welding and increased strength.

Materials
Steel: The most common material, suitable for a wide range of applications. Typically low carbon steel is used for weldability.
Stainless Steel: Used in environments where corrosion resistance is essential, such as in food processing, chemical industries, and outdoor applications.
Other Alloys: Various alloys can be used depending on the specific requirements of strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability.

Applications
Automotive Industry: Used extensively in the automotive sector to attach components to the vehicle body, such as brackets, hinges, and panels.
Industrial Machinery: Employed in machinery where components need to be securely fastened to a frame or body.
Construction: Used in steel structures and frameworks where strong, permanent fastenings are required.
Aerospace: Utilized in aircraft manufacturing for secure and reliable fastening of various components.
